Justin is the MOST INFLUENTIAL TWITTER CELEB!

Justin Bieber has been named the most influential Twitter celebrity of the year by Forbes.com.

Forbes ranks individuals based on their “social media influence” which included their number of twitter followers and retweets.  According to KLOUT, the company that conducted the study; the influence is a measure of “the impact of  opinions, links, and recommendations across social graph.”

The higher the “klout score” the more influential the star is.

Bieber had a perfect score of 100.  The runner-up, novelist Paul Coelho, author of The Alchemist, scored a 96.  Joe Jonas came in with 92, while Kanye West was fourth, with a score of 90.9.
